VvE Natuurvrienden Norg
The recreational home is part of the 'Natuurvrienden Norg.' There is an apartment right and with the purchase you become co-owner of 11 hectares of forest. This is located in the forest area Langeloërduinen, part of nature reserve Norgerduinen. There are 87 recreational homes that are part of the VvE; each with its own appearance. Together you own the forest. The plots are all 10x15 meters. The recreation area has been in use since 1950 and the VvE has been active since 2012.
